The 2012 Scion xD is one of the latest version of 2012 Scion. Upon introduction, the 2012 Scion xD are both trims are equipped with a standard 1.8-liter, I4, 128-horsepower engine that achieves 27-mpg in the city and 33-mpg on the highway. A 5-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard on the 5-Door Hatchback 5-Spd MT. A 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard on the 5-Door Hatchback 4-Spd AT.

The 2012 Scion xD has streaming audio allows compatible phone or personal media devices to pair with the audio system and listen to music through the vehicles sound system. The 2012 Scion xD audio system also features an organic electroluminescent (OEL) screen with a personalized welcome screen, iPod/USB connectivity, Advanced Sound Retriever (ASR), and a subwoofer RCA output. The 2012 Scion xD USB port and universal auxiliary (AUX) port that are located on the center console allow users to listen to their portable music collection through the xD’s six Pioneer speakers. Unique to the standard Pioneer audio system is the customizable welcome screen that also lets users to create a personal message of up to 16 characters.

For those that found the second-generation Scion tC far too timid-looking, Toyota’s tuning partner Five-Axis prepared a special version of the car to demonstrate the many ways in which the all-new coupe can be customized with internal and aftermarket accessories.

The Five Axis Scion tC show car features a four-inch wide-body conversion and a unique House of Color custom formulated exterior paint appropriately named, Bloodshot.

The coupe rides on beefy 20-inch AD R5:F alloy wheels shod in Yokahama Advan Sport tires size 245/30 up front and 295/25 at the rear. Performance upgrades include a TRD custom Big Brake kit and a Tein adjustable coil-over suspension.

Five Axis also enhanced the 2011 tC’s interior with unique trim and color appointments and materials including custom leather-trimmed seats with Ultrasuede EcoDesign inserts.
